Rose Perez, President, Corpus Christi ISD
Rose received a degree in elementary education from Corpus Christi
State University. She has 26 years of teaching experience and has taught grades 2-12. She is currently the
Title One Teacher Advisor at South Park Middle School. |

Richard Wiggins, Vice President, Boerne ISD
Richard received his bachelor's degree in history and MBA from Lamar University.
Richard has six years of teaching experience in special education working with middle school students.
Prior to teaching, he has 25 years of experience as a financial planning consultant. |

Rita Long, Secretary, Mount Vernon ISD
Rita holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education
with a minor in English. She has devoted 19 years to education and currently
teaches fourth grade reading and ESL in Mount Vernon ISD. |

Linda James, River Road ISD
Linda earned her bachelor's degree in education at West Texas A&M University and
her master's degree in library and information science at the University of North Texas. She has devoted
20 years
to education and currently serves as the library media
specialist at River Road Middle School. |

Kenney Ross, Ector County ISD
Kenney received his bachelor’s degree in education and his
master’s degree in educational counseling at the
University of Texas of the Permian Basin. He recently retired after
21 years of service with the Ector County ISD. He served as a teacher and counselor at AIM High School and
as a counselor at the Ector County ISD Alternative Education Center and Bonham Junior High School. |
